I love these! I think the Gatorade redesign could have a black cork to unify the design. The flavor text below could be transparent instead of the bolt, the reason for it being that logo colors are extremely important for consistency between products. I see a lot of empty space visually on the Campbell's one, personally I'd bend the logo upward which would also more nicely embrace the shape of the tomato below.

I like your takes on these minimalist designs because they're not TOO minimalist, which is what I think of when I think of companies simplifying their designs to be modern minimalist, AND your also keep the character of the original, which, bafflingly, seems to get lost in a lot of modern minimalist designs where they change their designs completely from the branding people know.
